Job Description:

The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities in line with international trust concepts.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, taking initiative, being positive and proactive, dedicated, focused, and revenue and target driven individual who has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities
  • Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio through effective liaison with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and legal counsel
  • Responsible for the quality of client files and all legal, regulatory, and trust matters for portfolios under management
  • Provide pragmatic solutions and legal analysis for implementing trust and commercial structures
  • Develop, maintain, and expand voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries working for target clients
  • Ensure adherence to our 4-Pillar approach in particular compliance, legal, and corporate services, transaction monitoring, and tax and transparency
  • Achieve financial chargeability targets and ensure effective monitoring of transactions

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree and other relevant professional trust-related qualifications
  • STEP qualification in trust and tax would be highly advantageous
  • At least 10 years of experience working with trust/estate law, ideally with a business in a similar industry

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and regulations
