Lead Sales Director for Data Solutions

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Lead Sales Director for Data Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and develop strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the data solutions market.
  • Build, manage, and coach high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, identifying key accounts and developing tailored sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies, aligning sales, marketing, and product initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on data services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and/or AI/ML technologies.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
