We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at VHonk Digital. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and prospects.
    • Utilize various channels (e.g., networking events, social media, referrals) to attract potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Management:
    • Identify and approach potential clients to introduce our products or services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our goals.
    • Manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
    • Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business development processes and strategies.
