Role Description

We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive the seamless integration of our marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a data-driven approach to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can bridge the gap between demand generation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing, sales performance, and team coordination to maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the performance of sales and marketing functions across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to unify messaging, campaigns, and outreach efforts.
  • Analyze sales funnels, marketing performance metrics, and customer insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Identify and implement growth experiments, optimizing conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Oversee and enhance CRM processes, ensuring seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Work on pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and market positioning to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and drive teams accordingly to execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the overall customer experience and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure the marketing team is executing high-quality campaigns and the sales team is effectively converting leads.
  • Be an active contributor to the company's branding, digital presence, and marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and using tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, or Mixpanel.
  • Proficiency in marketing, sales funnel optimization, and team leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align teams and drive execution.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Experience in performance marketing, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management is a plus.
