About the Role
As a Strategic Account Growth Manager at GoKhana, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our key clients and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients across India, spanning cities from Bangalore and beyond.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from key accounts
• Foster deep relationships with key clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Analyze data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies
• Communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders to meet established goals and deadlines

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in key account management
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
