  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.\
  • Identify training needs based on operational goals and coordinate skill development programs.\
  • Track training effectiveness and employee progress to inform future training initiatives.\
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review and handle confidential employee data with utmost care.\
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives.\
  • Communicate policies effectively to all employees and monitor adherence to ensure consistency.\
