Technical Specialist

The successful candidate will serve as a Cloud HCM Technical SME, with extensive knowledge and in-depth expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL). This individual will be responsible for interacting with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing, etc.
• Interaction with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Minimum 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules (any two: Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests; requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment, engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner, and developer base.
• Collaborative working on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management, system configuration, risk management, role/persona security management, and definition.
• Performing unit tests of high-level functionality, including staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.
• Developing runbooks for all technical objects and analyzing/resolving technical queries during ticket resolution, providing functional guidance to the technical team.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects.
• Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
• Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Experience in Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
• Experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/back-up and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
• Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is mandatory.
• Experience in additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract/OTBI/Analysis Dashboard.
• Experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance experience.
• Experience in creating and moving changes via migration sets.
• Extending Cloud through the personalization layer experience.
