Strategic Institutional Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Institutional Sales Professional to join our team at 2coms in Bangalore. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth and expand our presence in the institutional market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the beverage industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and institutional sales. A graduate degree in any discipline and 3-8 years of experience in on-trade sales will be an added advantage.
As a Strategic Institutional Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through key accounts, such as Five Star Hotels & Hospitality groups. Your key objectives will include ensuring brand listings, promoting enduring relationships with clients, and achieving set sales targets within the monthly marketing budget.
Your responsibilities will also involve handling distributor networks, inventory management, payment follow-ups, and schemes. Additionally, you will create brand awareness, monitor competitor activities, and provide monthly sales status reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have good brand knowledge of wines & spirits, along with competitive brand knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a pleasing personality, assertiveness, confidence, proactivity, and result-oriented approach.
Prior experience in Canteen Service Division/HORECA/Institutional Sales will be an added advantage but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (dexterity in using V-lookup, Pivot table), is necessary. You should be willing to travel across multiple locations/cities and states based on the respective headquarter.
