Product Category Growth Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the growth and success of our key product categories at Healthify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and profitability across various online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Management: Develop and execute strategies for managing product categories like whey protein, smart devices, and healthy snacks. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- E-commerce Operations: Oversee e-commerce operations for Healthify across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Optimize product listings, inventory levels, and promotions.
- Performance & Metrics: Track key business metrics such as Conversion, GMV, ASP, returns, and margins. Use data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
- Market Research & Expansion: Research new marketplaces for expansion and analyze competitors. Identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in category management, preferably in e-commerce or D2C. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
