About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Category Management Lead to join our team at Sociofy Enterprise Private Limited. As a Category Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in our reseller marketplace, GlowRoad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth
  • Manage pricing, selection, and merchandising to optimize category performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external vendors and internal teams
  • Lead projects to deliver growth and improve category performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Excel and financial analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, product, or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing data to drive performance and process improvements
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
