Job Title:

Digital Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned digital transformation leader to spearhead and deliver Next Generation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders from various departments to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions, advocating for project interests while considering client needs.
  3. Present complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders in an approachable manner.
  4. Work alongside project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs, and processes.
  5. Maintain open communication channels with the Project Management team and relevant departments.
  6. Ensure projects remain on track to meet deadlines and milestones.
  7. Identify potential issues and propose alternative solutions based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  8. Oversee day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  9. Conduct regular project reviews according to established process guidelines.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Expertise in managing the full project management lifecycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives.
  2. Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure the right solution is delivered.
  3. Proven ability to engage effectively with highly technical stakeholders.
  4. Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  6. Familiarity with allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards.
  7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Self-motivated team player with results orientation.
  10. Ability to work successfully under tight project deadlines.
