Design Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design or architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management

The ideal candidate will have a degree in interior design or architecture, as well as a postgraduate qualification in project management. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
