Visual Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

A skilled Visual Project Coordinator is required to oversee the efficient execution of design projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, knowledge of design principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  3. Assign design tasks to team members.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  5. Identify and address potential bottlenecks in project workflow.
Deliverables:
  • Well-managed and efficiently coordinated design projects.
  • Establish process for quality assurance and control for design deliverables.
  • Project handover from Global to Regional teams on completion.
  • Clear communication between project stakeholders.
  • Process improvement recommendations and implementations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Wrike, Asana, or Workfront project management tools.
  • Understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and address issues or bottlenecks in project workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of design quality standards.
  • Competency in data analysis tools.
  • Creativity in finding innovative ways to optimize design workflows and processes.
