Job Title:
Financial Operations DirectorWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Director to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure integrity of financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain systems for handling financial data and processes.
  • Assist management with important financial decisions and budgeting.
  • Lead, mentor and manage accounting team.
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in manufacturing, service or retail industry.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
