Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis

About the role

  • Drive strategic financial initiatives to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans across the organization.
  • Collaborating with business units to align financial plans with business strategies and understand key financial drivers.
  • Analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic growth.
  • Building and maintaining complex financial models to inform investment decisions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Partnering with accounting and business teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and providing expert advice on financial matters.

Requirements

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong Excel skills, proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and drive change.
