This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of property operations with complete ownership, ensuring smooth daily functioning and maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate on-site teams, including housekeeping, front office, and security. Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and performance reviews to build a high-performing work culture.
  • Vendor Coordination: Handle relationships with external vendors for services like food, housekeeping, and security. Ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality service delivery through effective vendor management.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring top-notch housekeeping, food services, and cleanliness. Regularly audit services to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Experience: Engage with guests to understand and resolve their concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a welcoming atmosphere and deliver memorable experiences.
  • Record Keeping & Data Management: Maintain checklists, inventory records, and operational logs for transparency and accountability. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Collaborate with maintenance teams to address issues quickly and efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and brand consistency.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and operational expenses. Identify opportunities to optimize resource use and improve cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hostel, hotel, or hospitality management is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships and coordinating services.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for documentation and operational tracking.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
