Job Description

We oversee the planning, implementation and management of comprehensive site security strategies to safeguard people, assets and business operations.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of site administration, including camp management, transportation, utilities, housing and vendor services, to ensure seamless operations.

The incumbent will also act as a key liaison for managing labor relations, grievances and union/worker issues to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Site Security: The ability to design, implement and manage site security systems and protocols.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams in achieving project objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
