Job Description:

The role of Administrative Operations Lead is a key position in ensuring seamless administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office infrastructure, vendor contracts, employee services, payroll, and event coordination.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Vendor Contract Management: Manage contract lifecycles, including SLA definition, vendor evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Employee Services: Handle claims, HR policy implementation, festival celebrations, and courier services to support employees' well-being.
  • Payroll Administration: Process leave and attendance management, payroll inputs, and non-management staff data using SAP.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, celebrations, and transport fleet management, including scheduling and SES processing.

Requirements:
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, working knowledge of SAP, experience with outsourced vendors, and strong communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Any graduate with 2-8 years of experience in administrative operations or related fields.
