We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Executive to join our team at Peoplemint Consultants. This is a key role for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with institutional clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities with banks, insurance companies, corporate treasuries, and other institutional investors.
  • Present the company's portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds, alternative investment funds, and portfolio management services, tailored to meet client objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and advisory services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in asset management.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A client-centric approach with the ability to manage and nurture long-term relationships.

Salary Estimate: ₹20-30 Lacs per annum (dependent on experience) based on industry standards and location.
