At Peoplemint Consultants, we are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of the sales strategy to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest financial products, services, and market trends, providing tailored investment solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and investor sentiment to provide timely insights to clients.
  • New Client Acquisition: Generate new institutional business by leveraging existing relationships, networking, and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with research, trading, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in sales and client relationship management. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, depending on experience.
