Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our business expansion efforts. This is a key leadership role that will play a pivotal part in shaping our organization's growth strategy.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, analysis, and strategic partnerships. S/he will have a deep understanding of the polymer market and be able to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Determine market trends and competitors' activities.
    • Analyze customer behavior and preferences.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities in current and prospective markets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Purchasing and Sales:
    • Negotiate and finalize purchases from plastic resin producers.
    • Sell plastic resins to assigned customers and new prospects.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and international trade shows.
    • Prepare marketing reports and analyze market trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Deep understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Familiarity with the latest business policies and regulations.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective time and task management.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields.
  • MBA degree is preferred.
