As a Senior Insurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by offering tailored insurance solutions.

This involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and negotiating effectively to meet evolving client demands.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients across various sectors, conducting consultative meetings to assess their insurance requirements, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing available insurance products to provide the best-fit solutions, presenting policy options clearly, and upselling additional or upgraded insurance plans as needed.

Additionally, you will facilitate the signing of policy agreements, ensure smooth onboarding, and manage client accounts including policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments.

Achieving success in this role requires a strong passion for sales, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.

Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, in-depth knowledge of insurance products across various lines, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
