Job Role Summary – Customer Advisory (Loyalty & Upsell)

You will be part of Axis Max Life Insurance's Direct Channel – Customer Advisory Team, handling a portfolio of existing customers. Your main responsibility is to call and build strong relationships with these clients, provide after-sales service, help with policy renewals, and generate business through upselling and cross-selling of life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and maintain relationships with assigned customers.

Provide service support, answer queries, and resolve issues.

Promote policy renewals and recover overdue premiums.

Identify and convert upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Meet monthly targets in customer interactions, revenue, and service quality
