Job Title: Senior Project Management Professional\

As a seasoned project management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.\
  • Conduct thorough contract familiarization and attend critical meetings to prepare detailed site organization charts and resource plans.\
  • Review and input on construction schedules and develop site infrastructure requirements to guarantee smooth project progression.\
  • Coordinate engineering disciplines, estimate costs, and participate in price negotiations for EPC contracts to secure optimal value for the project.\
  • Monitor resource availability, construction materials, and billing schedules to prevent delays and cost overruns.\
  • Oversee contractor bill processing, subcontracts closeout, and resolve technical and contractual site queries to maintain project integrity.\
  • Lead project managers and refine project management processes for efficient delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • High-level communication, decision-making, and technical field skills, with expertise in coordinating complex projects.\
  • Expertise in cost, time, and quality parameters; MIS reporting; contractor billing and rate negotiation to ensure optimal project outcomes.\
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Primavera to support project planning and execution.\
  • Fast-track planning abilities and out-of-the-box thinking to address complex project challenges.
