Job Title: Expert Programs Delivery Manager / Coordinator (Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and drive
Expert Programs
for a global enterprise software leader. These programs are designed to enable and certify highly skilled
architects and consultants
across the platform ecosystem.

This position combines
program delivery management
with
program coordination
, ensuring that architects and learners receive a world-class enablement experience. Depending on seniority and experience, the role may lean towards
operational coordination
or
strategic program leadership
.

The ideal candidate will have strong
program/project management expertise
, hands-on
ServiceNow platform experience
, and a passion for
coaching, guiding, and enabling professionals
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate participation in
    Expert Programs
    (Certified Architect tracks).
  • Oversee learner progress, scheduling, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Lead or facilitate discussions aligned with program objectives.
  • Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and coach for growth.
  • Partner with SMEs, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver effective enablement.
  • Support certification frameworks, including final board exams or capstone projects.
  • Gather, assess, and report on program metrics and learner outcomes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ensure equity, fairness, and inclusivity across all programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–18 years of experience
    in program/project management within enterprise environments.
  • 4–6+ years of experience
    on the
    ServiceNow platform
    , across multiple applications.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, or workflows).
  • Strong program/project management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in
    coaching, mentoring, or facilitating training
    in technical organizations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Current knowledge of
    training and enablement best practices
    is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, Architect-level).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
