Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives across diverse business domains. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale, end-to-end project lifecycles, with proven expertise in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of project governance and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, across multiple business units.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance frameworks, industry standards, and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication through dashboards, reports, and executive updates.
  • Conduct project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Masters or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing digital transformation, enterprise software development, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a matrixed or global team environment.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor management.
