- Develop and manage the practice's financial strategy, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting or project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

">

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing an ERP practice or team, including overseeing multiple complex Business Central implementations.

">

- Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, architecture, and capabilities.

">

- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

">

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
