- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
">- Lead pre-sales discussions and presentations to prospective clients.
">- Provide high-level guidance and problem-solving expertise during project delivery.
">- Oversee client success post-implementation to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
">- Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth execution of implementations from discovery through to post-go-live support.
">- Drive the continuous improvement of business processes and operational efficiency within the practice.
">- Develop best practices, standards, and methodologies for the delivery of projects.
">- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the practice's success.
">- Team Development & Resource Management
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
">- Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the practice.
">- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and drive professional development for team members.
">- Financial Management
- Develop and manage the practice's financial strategy, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.
">- Drive business development and sales efforts for new and existing clients, ensuring revenue growth.
">- Participate in contract negotiations and pricing strategies for projects.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
">- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting or project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
">- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing an ERP practice or team, including overseeing multiple complex Business Central implementations.
">- Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, architecture, and capabilities.
">- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
">- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
">- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
">- A customer-focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
