Job Description:

The primary function of a Senior Revenue Optimization Manager is to drive revenue growth through data-driven analysis and strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue management principles, including forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities include analyzing short- and long-term forecasts, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for revenue maximization. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA/Post Graduate in Finance & Revenue Management
  • Minimum of ten years experience in travel/airline/hotel industry with three to five years in Revenue Management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting, trends in group inventories & rates, occupancy, goals, product line and strategic sales goals
  • Analyze and monitor marketing channels, key account production, and rate parity
  • Review future booking & evaluate trends, update distribution channels as needed with rate or inventory restrictions
  • Work with regions to develop region-specific strategies to ensure growth, establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance
  • Monitor competition weekly through various channels to identify selling strategies and emerging trends
Skills Requirements:
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Statistical and competitive analysis skills
