Technical Project Proposal Developer

We are seeking a skilled Project Proposal Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and evaluating technical proposals for project bidding processes.
- Prepare and evaluate technical documents for project bidding process, including Technical Offers, System Architectures, Bills of Materials, and commercial proposals.
- Organize bid initiation and review meetings to ensure timely clarifications and submissions.
- Lead core teams to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to Requests for Quotations from current and potential customers.
- Perform site visits to collect information and address utility/facility constraints regarding projects.
- Manage daily, weekly project sales meetings and prepare reports on project status.
- Coordinate with customers and manage material, vendors, subcontractors, and company staff as part of project management work.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
- Basic electrical and control knowledge with experience in estimation of DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and select switchgear according to motor load lists, with knowledge of current load calculations and bus bar selection.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of GA in Excel.
