Job Title: Project Director

As a high-impact leader, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects-from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

This role requires an execution-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.

The successful candidate will champion an uncompromising focus on finishing and detailing, inspired by luxury residences and hospitality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every structural, architectural, and interior element meets international standards of luxury and functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Directly lead and integrate three critical teams: Project Management, Construction Management, and Interior Design.
  • Set clear goals, ensure accountability, and align teams around delivery excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance, with direct involvement in problem solving.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, and prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality strongly preferred.
