Strategic Luxury Enterprise Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking business professional to spearhead the strategic development and execution for our online luxury enterprise. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our business strategy across channels, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement to elevate our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development by analyzing key performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Develop and implement brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our position as a leading luxury fashion & lifestyle category player.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage costs and overheads, and drive profitable performance of the business.
- Partner with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
As a Senior Business Manager, you will lead a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Creative & Content, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
