Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned data leader to spearhead innovative, end-to-end data science initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models that drive business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in data-driven decision-making, leveraging expertise in large-scale data analysis and interpretation.
  • Apply cutting-edge techniques such as Generative AI, LLMs, and transformers to high-priority projects.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in GenAI, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving adoption within the company.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in NLP, fine-tuning LLMs, transformers, and leading-edge AI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and data engineering concepts, including feature engineering and large-scale data handling.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
