Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of business intelligence solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop project plans.
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of analytics outputs.
  • Continuously improve business intelligence processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
