Drive Business Growth and Lead High-Performing Teams

We are seeking a Senior General Manager to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute focused strategies to improve underperforming territories, drive sales, and align field force deployment with marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Train, mentor, and lead field teams to success, ensuring business hygiene by minimizing expiries/returns, managing collections, and optimizing stock liquidation.
  • Performance Management and Growth: Meet KPIs such as doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, and others, implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, and monitor competitors and provide actionable insights for tactical adjustments.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders to drive ROI through effective engagement and field presence, grow second-line brands, and drive successful new product launches.
