Medical Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at HOPS HEALTHCARE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers as needed.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customers.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Act as a mentor to the field team, providing clinical, technical, and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience.
- Communicate with Sales and Application Leaders to align application activities with sales needs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets, with a focus on achieving a minimum revenue of 20 crores.
- Establish a strong market presence in every state across India, identifying key growth opportunities and potential clients.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's medical device product portfolio and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Good understanding of market research and analysis.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels and techniques.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- The analytical and data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with diverse international clients.
