
Inventory Specialist

The position of Raw Materials Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the raw material store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) or first-expired, first-out (FEFO) inventory system to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical vs. system stock to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials without disruption.
- Monitor storage conditions to maintain material quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Science, or Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in raw material store management, preferably in pharmaceuticals/medical devices/manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques and strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to raw material handling.
