Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile inventory records with customer reports on a continuous basis.
  • Process improvement and automation of reporting processes for inventory and debtors.
  • Resolve operational challenges in inventory financial reporting through collaboration with warehouse and SCM teams.
  • Implement dispute ticket raising process with marketplace, payment gateway, courier partners, and warehouse operators.
  • Ensure accurate weighted average cost at style code level is reflected in financial accounting system.
  • Track absorption of direct and indirect overheads and maintain audit trail of adjustments to product cost and closing stock.
  • Review internal processes and inventory health periodically, identify risks, and highlight them to regional and corporate management.
  • C Coordinate for internal audit, bank, and stock audit, ensuring corrections are incorporated in warehouse management system.
  • Maintain statutory compliance tracker.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to warehousing and manufacturing are adequate and operating effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in E-Commerce ecosystem is mandatory.
  • Efficient in managing and processing large data.
  • Ability to work in unstructured environment and set up systems & processes from scratch.
  • Good communication skills and ability to represent organization externally.
  • Able to efficiently manage Stakeholders (Internal & External).
