Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily inward and outward inventory transactions in the ERP system.
  • Verify GRN vs Invoice and PO vs GRN for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with two-way and three-way matching principles.
  • Cycle Counting & Reconciliation
  • Organize and execute cycle counts twice a month.
  • Perform reconciliation between ERP records and physical stock.
  • Reconcile GST portal invoices vs received invoices monthly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Inventory Control / Accounting / Supply Chain.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably AlignBooks).
  • Exposure to MIS reporting and import costing is an added advantage.
