We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Inventory Planning and Replenishment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and data analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing demand plans, analyzing sales trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field

  • Clear understanding of key performance metrics such as sales, inventory weeks on hand, and weeks of supply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
