
Inventory Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, raising alerts for reordering, and preventing stockouts or overstocking. Regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system records will ensure that our inventory is up-to-date.
Responsibilities include issuing materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions, coordinating with production teams to ensure availability of required materials for uninterrupted operations, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
The Inventory Management Specialist will also be responsible for verifying incoming materials against purchase orders, preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and reporting discrepancies to procurement/quality teams. Additionally, they will maintain and update inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers as per company standards, generate and share regular reports on stock movement, consumption patterns, material shortages, and wastages.
