We are seeking an experienced Professional to take on a key role in driving successful sales engagements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions for AI & ML based Omni-Channel Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling proof of concept demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of our solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide feedback to product managers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product landscapes, and competitor analysis

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales consultant or similar role
  • Proven expertise in SAAS organizations with a focus on large and mid-size Enterprise customers in India
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
