Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key contributor to our mission of empowering clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions, you'll collaborate with top minds in the industry to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve real-world challenges.

You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and efficiency.

Your expertise in data analytics and data engineering will help optimize delivery processes and outcomes.

As a strong leader, you'll mentor and coach delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in the IT domain, with a focus on delivery management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in managing delivery models, driving operational efficiency, and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data analytics and data engineering, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent people skills in leadership and mentorship abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
