Digital Adoption Solutions Specialist

As a seasoned expert in digital adoption, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and deploying impactful solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to gain a profound understanding of client objectives and goals.
- Translate client needs into effective digital adoption solutions, leveraging your expertise in UX design and technical abilities.
- Apply creativity and analytical skills to build, deliver, and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Utilize WalkMe/WhatFix features to provide intuitive navigation and minimize user friction.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance checks before deploying solution content, ensuring impeccable standards.
- Monitor and analyze solution usage data to measure success and inform strategic improvements.
- Remain current on the latest digital adoption innovations and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical meetings to scope, design, and document client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with WalkMe or WhatFix platform, with a strong grasp of its features and functionalities.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple development requests simultaneously, operating under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in web development, UI/UX design, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience working with diverse software applications and functionalities.
- Experience with testing, deployment, and maintenance of WalkMe/WhatFix content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- WalkMe/WhatFix Certified Expert/Advanced Professional (preferred).
