Job Title: Digital Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance our digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and architects to understand business requirements and implement the same.
  • Design and develop D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, custom connectors, and Power Apps.
  • Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes to optimize customer engagement and streamline business workflows.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in D365 CRM customization (Plugin & Action) and configuration, including experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and .NET development for extending D365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
