Job Summary

The TCP Corps is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager Loan Against Property Experience isMust to lead and manage a team of sales representatives within a specific geographical region. This role involves devising strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and ensure the attainment of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and Manage a Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
  • Establish Strong Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives and product launches.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development to the sales team.
  • Participate in Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of sales team members.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience as a Regional Sales Manager: Proven experience as a regional sales manager or a similar senior sales role with a successful track record.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong Understanding of Sales Management Techniques: Strong understanding of sales management techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Analyze and Interpret Sales Performance: Ability to analyze and interpret sales performance and market trends.
  • Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite: In-depth knowledge of CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
