Strategic Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the Rajkot territory.
Identify and qualify new leads, fostering strong relationships with customers.
Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of AllcargoGATI solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Mentor and train the sales team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with customers and discuss sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
Experience in providing training and development opportunities to team members is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
