Job Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience to join its team in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present them to the management team
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
