Job Description

Welcome to the world of financial analysis.

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing performance management, financial analytics and decision support to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to leverage one set of numbers and establish strong links between financial numbers and commercial operational actions. They must maintain and contribute towards an effective performance management framework and have a detailed understanding of financial numbers as well as solid business knowledge.

The Associate Financial Analyst will provide weekly WCR data quality checks and summary preparation, responsible for speaking points for WCR summary messages from ONP LT, respond to leadership questions/comments on WCR results/outlook, coordinate with COE that STFC input is reflected in the Financial Model BI, drive monthly WD6 reviews to assess FBR allocation data quality coordinating between impacted ONP and relevant Accounting/Business Finance teams to identify issues and deliver solutions, participate in trade allocation FBR logic review, validation of Financial Model accuracy vs FBR and communication of status updates to end-users, prepare MPR EBIT summary reports, coordination of Monthly EBIT one-pagers, SPOC for COE in trouble shooting and general support in maintenance/delivery of tools, and ad-hoc deep dive on performance measures to support responding to investor and/or ELT questions.
