As a seasoned UX expert, you'll be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design Optimization: Ensure that all UX/UI designs meet the highest standards of usability and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to maintain consistency across products and services.
  • Design Leadership: Lead ideation sessions and develop actionable design execution plans.
  • UX/UI Strategy Execution: Develop and present vision and execution maps.
  • High-Fidelity Design Delivery: Produce development-ready UX/UI deliverables.
  • Research & Testing: Conduct think-aloud sessions and usability evaluations.
  • Design System Management: Ensure consistency in UI and UX across digital products.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain structured documentation and participate in regular design huddles.
  • Risk Identification: Foresee and communicate UX/UI-related risks or trade-offs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI projects resulting in tangible business impact.
  • User-centered design expertise and strong visual & interactive design skills.
  • System thinking and experience with design metrics.
  • Collaboration-driven and agile process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and creative & analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and a growth-oriented mindset.
