**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user-centered design across the organization, collaborating with clients to bring product visions to life, and crafting intuitive user experiences.

  • Translate concepts into actionable user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to seamless user experiences.
  • Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Develop innovative solutions to UX problems, including usability, accessibility, and findability challenges.
  • Making informed design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Facilitate clients' product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  2. Collaborate with clients and run workshops to identify best solutions for their products.
  3. Work closely with the business team to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements.
  4. Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.

**Requirements**

  • A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, planning, and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • The ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • A passion for resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
